Noxstack exists to connect people with talented local professionals. Our community is built on trust, transparency, and respect. These guidelines exist to protect that community — creators, users, and guests alike.

• Use your real name and accurate business information.
• Only offer services you are qualified to provide.
• Post genuine reviews based on your real experience.
• Do not create fake accounts or impersonate others.

• Treat every person on the platform with dignity, regardless of background.
• Do not harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Discriminatory language or behaviour based on race, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation is not tolerated.
• Keep communication professional and constructive, even in disputes.

• Do not share personal contact details in public profile areas.
• Report suspicious activity or messages to our Trust & Safety team.
• Do not attempt to take transactions off-platform to bypass safety mechanisms.
• Services that are illegal or dangerous are strictly prohibited.

• Listings must accurately reflect what you offer — no bait-and-switch pricing.
• Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Honour bookings and communicate proactively if circumstances change.
• Photos and media must be authentic and relevant to your service.

• Adult content or sexually explicit material of any kind.
• Content promoting violence, hate groups, or extremism.
• Spam, unsolicited messages, or repetitive content.
• Misinformation or misleading claims about services.
• Illegal services, products, or activities.

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• A warning or content removal.
• Temporary suspension of your account.
• Permanent ban from the platform.
• Referral to law enforcement where required.
